Process serving is a key aspect of MRH Legal’s services, working both locally and nationally for a fixed fee. We are familiar with the procedures and rules of serving all types of process, ensuring that the service of documents is made promptly and professionally in accordance with the law. 

Based in Staffordshire and Cheshire, we can offer same-day service to ST and CW postcodes when this is required, and papers can be collected or filed at court on receipt of instructions.

National Process Serving is fulfilled by our network of professional and trusted agents based in a number of locations throughout the UK. National same-day instructions can be requested.

Process Serving from MRH Legal is invoiced at a fixed fee of £95.00+VAT, enabling us to make up to three attempts at the supplied address when necessary without incurring additional charge. We also work 24/7, enabling us to complete instructions that would be unfeasible to do in a normal 9-5 working day.
